Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Graphic Designer to join our team. The
ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in an agency
setting or with large companies, focusing on email marketing campaigns. Expertise in Klaviyo,
GSuite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Slack is required. If you are passionate about design,
able to receive feedback constructively, and looking for a long-term role where you can make a
significant impact, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing email templates that are optimized for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative email campaigns.
• A/B test different email designs to determine the most effective templates.
• Utilize Klaviyo to design, send, and monitor email campaigns.
• Review analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of email designs.
• Continually keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email design and tools.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in email graphic design, preferably in an agency setting or
with large companies handling multiple clients.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, GSuite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Slack.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A proven track record of stable job tenure, with evidence of long-term commitment and
contributions at previous employers.
• Past employment with companies based in the US or UK.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern or Central Standard Time timezone.
