About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join our
sales team. The idle candidate will have experience selling at a Digital Marketing agency to
ecommerce and small businesses generating $500K-$5M in annual sales.

Requirements:
● Answer inbound inquiries via email, FB/IG messages and web forms with prompt replies
● Qualify inbound leads for our Account Executive team who will help facilitate client
closes.
● Ruthlessly stay on top of all inbound clients interested in our services.
● Organize inbound leads and ensure all sales team and onboarding team members have
everything they need seamlessly.
● Creatively test replies to get the best outcome to book a sales call.
● Sell DOE Media Services such as Facebook, Google, YouTube and TikTok advertising
along with SEO, Web development, Web design and Email marketing services.
● Provide consistent product value to all of your clients.
● Manage client relationships across their entire lifecycle.
● Identify client needs and position DOE Media in a way that sets the relationship and
project up for success.
● Investigate the customer’s long-term business objectives and anticipate future needs.
● Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units

Requirements:
● 2+ years experience in digital media sales.
● Speak and write english natively with minimal grammatical and pronunciation issues.
● 1-2 years of Hubspot or similar CRM experience.
● Has worked with cold email tech – such as Instantly, Outreach, or similar.
● Comfort with G-suite – specifically Gmail, calendar, slides, and sheets.
● Ability to work US based hours.
● Ability to close accounts with values ranging from $24k – $100K ARR.
