Sales & Marketing Administrator

service. As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Finance & Accounting
Administrator to enhance our dynamic team.

Job Description:
The Virtual Sales & Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales and
marketing efforts of our restoration business. This remote position requires a highly organized
and motivated individual with a strong background in sales and marketing administration. The
successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless
operations and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:
● Sales Support:
○ Assist VP of Sales and sales team in administrative efforts, such as scheduling
appointments, managing email correspondences, and preparing sales
documents and presentations.
○ Maintaining accurate records of sales figures, customer information, and sales
performance metrics in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) system.
● Social Media Management:
○ Socials: Assist in managing and updating social media platforms like Rallio.
■ Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries
and comments.
■ Contribute to the development of social media content. Including but not
limited to content creation and social media posting with help from the
operations team.
■ Maintain and update website information, working with Scorpion
representatives, as needed.

○ Websites: Monitor Google analytics and do Google page management including
responding to customer reviews and follow ups.

● Marketing Coordination:
○ Support the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

■ Create EMMA general e-mail campaign for TX and CT at least 1 email
every 2 weeks or once a month.
■ Create Weather and Event specific EMMA campaigns.
○ Be responsible for the creation, editing, and organization of marketing materials
similar but not limited to marketing slicks, presentations, newsletters, promotions,
etc.
■ Prepare and distribute monthly company newsletter.
■ Compile, maintain and grow newsletter distribution list. Be the driving
force in the company’s distribution efforts.
■ Create marketing materials for handouts or marketing campaigns, as
needed.

○ Be responsible for leading the in house or 3rd party graphic design team
○ Assist in designing, purchasing, and planning of/for promotional items
○ Assist in overall company sales and networking events efforts.
● Maintain strong knowledge of services provided and disaster restoration industry.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing administration.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing & design tools like Adobe, Canva.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent written and verbal english communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
