As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the team.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and compile data as required.
  • Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing.
  • Maintain digital files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
